What makes Story mfg. products unique?
Our items are created using natural dyes, organic materials, and handcrafted techniques. Because we use earth-based processes, slight variations in color and texture are expected and celebrated as part of each garment's unique story.
How long does shipping take?
We ship globally from our UK warehouse. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic UK delivery takes 1-2 days, while international shipping usually arrives within 5-10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I care for naturally dyed garments?
We recommend hand washing in cold water with a pH-neutral detergent and drying in the shade. Natural dyes can be sensitive to citric acid and direct sunlight, which may cause color shifts over time.
Do I have to pay international import duties?
For customers outside of the UK, your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping fees.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, the vast majority of our collection is 100% vegan. We prioritize plant-based fibers like organic cotton and linen, and we do not use leather, silk, or wool in our core manufacturing.
